Got up early

I got up a little earlier and did some upper body strength training this morning. Boy am I out of shape. After work when I had the dog out back I did some lower body strength training and just now I did 40 minutes of cardio - dancing of course. I think I'm off to a good start. Now I just have to keep the momentum going. Takin it one day at a time. I must admit I did feel really tired before the cardio but I pushed myself. I was only planning to do 30 minutes but the music got the best of me and I continued for a bit longer.
Now to relax and start to settle down for the night.

Keep taking those small steps. They add up to healthier choices!
