Overall I'm happy with my measurements for this month. I'm still getting smaller, even if the scale has been quite the jerk this whole last month.

For the last couple weeks I was weighing myself every day to see if I could catch any trends and to keep a tab on my weight, and I think I might ditch that idea... I think I'll just stick to weighing myself about twice a week like I was doing before.

I've also been thinking of eating every three hours now instead of every four like I have been. I've been feeling hungry when I hit the 3 hour mark now, where as before I would get hungry at the 4 hour mark. I don't know... I'm going to have to experiment a little. I have added more protein into my diet in hopes that it would keep me from getting hungry so soon and I haven't noticed too much of a difference in anything.

Today while grocery shopping I bought myself Jillian's "Ripped in 30" dvd and a new pair of workout pants because I've been needing some new ones so badly! The ones I have are so big on me so I've needed new ones. I also decided to try on a couple pairs of pants to see what size I am now. The smallest pants I have are size 12 and they're really loose on my waist now, so I thought I was a size 10. I grabbed a pair of 10 and an 8 just in case. I tried on the size 8 pants first, just to see, and I was actually able to squeeze my butt into them!! They were very tight, like I could barely zip them up, but I know I'm getting there! So then I put on the size 10's and they fit fine. They were a little snug but they fit nicely other than that.

So for December, I plan on working out harder. I need to hit some major calorie burn!! I also want to work on getting more sleep. This last month there were several nights that I didn't get an adequate amount of sleep or I didn't sleep well during the night, so I want to work on that by avoiding eating anything a couple hours before bed and also getting into bed on time.
