and last but not least Try my best not to Stress out and start eating my feelings... its that time of year where I do my best to make everyone happy and everything perfect and I know That is impossible so why do I try so hard to do it every year... Hum well that is a question to ponder over I guess lol
Also I seen how the Thanksgiving food was packed with sodium.. I did good on calories but the sodium was Horrible so this Christmas I am looking in to a better solution on that.
That and I know this month is going to be harder than last month.. more temptations, my weakness chocolate covered peanut butter balls... and cookies so I will do my best to stay AWAY from temptation but the cookies is going to be very hard because its a tradition to make cookies for christmas and my 3 year old is looking forward to it.

Hello my friend! I certainly have missed you! I am glad to hear that you didn't gain weight from thanksgiving! I think it sounds like you will be able to get a healthier christmas in too! I love your goals for December. I haven't set mine yet. I can't believe how many exercise minutes you get in. You are my hero. I have been doing it 2x a day for 30 minutes because I feel I need the kick of happiness to deal with my stress, which is only going to get worse before better right now. Good goals... I like your little icons and your background photo. Can you tell me how to put the background up (in back of sparkpage?) This particular option has escaped me :) PS: I have similar goals, that you listed, and I put them on my "other goals" page as "fast break goals" I believe. It has really helped me to have to check them off daily... keeps me thinking of them, especially since there are so many other things rolling around in my head that I have to do... LOL
