Upper Arm: 13 (even)

Just a quick review of my November goals:

emoticon SPARK daily!, weekly weigh-in, was aiming for 6lb loss - got 5.6 so I say close enough, also I did manage my stress this month well without soothing with food - I am proud of this.

emoticonTrack calories at least 6 days/week - did not track well, but my focus on clean eating helped - I have still lost without tracking,
~ Exercise - I did okay with this, did not meet the 1250 goal though (yoga and S/T were slacking)

December Goals will be posted later.

    Wow!!! That's awesome! You came off with an amazing loss (and yeah... we're rounding up to 6 lbs!!!) even though you weren't tracking and during the holiday season at that! (your thanksgiving was still in Nov, right?).

    I can't wait to see what you have in store for Dec!

    I'm going to keep my goals modest for this month I think. I want to feel accomplished after I totally flubbed November!
