After years of working on my weight loss, I am so excited to switch into a new gear: PREGNANCY!
Pregnancy has always been one of my greatest motivations for getting healthy and fit, and I have so much to be thankful for as I switch from focusing on weight loss to focusing on nutrients and healthy weight gain!
I've still been tracking my food and exercise randomly, although I haven't been sharing it, but it's been less important to me right now. It's been difficult with the nausea, but I'm still doing alright =).
I plan to keep active during my pregnancy, and I'll be blogging about my experience over at my personal blog: greenplatedinners.com.
I just wanted to make sure you all know I haven't disappeared off the face of the Earth... I'm just a little preoccupied ;)
