Time to make changes and stick to it

So, I didn't make my 34 by 34 challenge. I could sit here and make excuses why I didn't make it and gained back 23 lbs. but in the end, it wouldn't be worth it. Simply, I didn't give it my all. But, I am proud to say that I did excel in my career. Over the summer and start of fall, I studied to get my certification for Export Compliance Officer. Finally after taking the test a second time, I passed. Took a little longer for the company I work for to realize I wasn't being paid enough for the work I had been doing. So, I finally got a decent raise and got an assistant!!!!
I joined Curves in July and have been regularly except for the end of August and part 3/4's of October. I had an ablation done in August and have felt bloated ever since. My diet hasn't been great either. I keep putting it off to next week. Well next week began today. I have just reactivated my Body Bugg. I am restarting the SPARK program from Stage 1. I have promised a good friend of mine that I will attend Zumba at Curves 2 times a week. I would love to attend more but it is only available 3x a week and only 2 of those fit into my work schedule. And, I will attend Curves a minimum of 2 other days a week to do circuits.
I need to get in tune with my body. I haven't been really in tune for sometime now and it just got worse since the ablation. But, I vow to get back to what worked before and stick with it. I may fall, but I will dust off and get back up again.
I would like to apologize to my spark friends for going MIA. I can't wait to catch up with all of you.
