One month SUGAR FREE

Wednesday, November 30, 2011

It's been one month sugar big deal now...but to be honest it was easy for me. Yes I love chocolate... Chocolate chip cookies...pumpkin pie and b-day cake...Captain morgan...pop.. BUT 4 yrs ago I gave up all sugars...but just recently I started eating the chocolate candy and cookies again. I haven't drank a drop of 4 yrs so to give up the cakes..cookies..pies..candy was really no big deal. I just went through a busy month...2 b-day shower..and Thanksgiving..I retrained my brain to look for more healthier foods. I do feel better not as tired...not sure if the sugar had anything to do with that.

You need to try and see what happens to takes about 21 days to detox your body from all that sugar ....I know with Christmas and New years coming it might be a struggle for you but just think of all the weight that you will NOT gain!

Good luck if you start tomorrow..a new day..a new month...Why wait until the New year to make a new challenges.
