August 2009 - "I thought about this for quite awhile and ended up with a fairly long list. Then I started reading some of the success stories this morning and decided to change my goal to just one.

I can recite the list of all the things I need to do to be successful this challenge but, unless I get serious about it, all that talk is for nothing."

I am up 7.8 lbs this week. I officially weigh more than I did when BLC started. I know, I's mostly water, it will come back off quickly...etc...etc...etc... talk, talk talk. I need action right now. I was reading all my blogs and found this one. It's true. I can set all the goals in the world but unless I get serious they won't be realized. I feel physically bad right now. My legs hurt and are screaming for exercise. I told my husband this morning that I don't care if the house is burning down, I am exercising tonight and I'm going to the gym tomorrow night. Under 165 by Christmas. That's my one goal right now.

(((jane))) Ugh.. I am up too.. just a bit.. but that is after doing all I could healthfully do yesterday to shed water weight. Not good. And you are right. Words are easy. Getting serious... that takes.. well getting serious. But I KNOW you can do this! I have SEEN you do this! YOu will!

Nic and I are doing the 30 day shred every day of december... well that is our goal. It is time. Time to stop putting off until tomorrow what we need to do today. Get strong. Get fit. Get healthy. Today is a good day to re-commit. I am with you. Let's DO this.
