So Mad at Myself

I am back with trying to get healthy. My last weigh in was on 4/1/11 and I weighed 218. I weighed today and back up to 246. :( Extremely depressed.

    I am glad to see you're back and I want you to know that I am here for you!!! The best thing is that you don't give up trying. Like the others said, you have the tools to do what you need to do. Don't beat up on yourself over what is now in the past.

    hello my darling! guess who's in the same boat as you! ME! i lost 15 lbs before and now i am more than when i started too!lol!but, i am beginning my workout this morning at 4 am, for the first time in months! lol! i miss you terribly! it's always good to start with a buddy, so it's the 1st of december! let's start together: today do all those spark--do--gooder things and feel better about a brand new start. i'll be looking for you when i get off work, and i want to hear that youre getting started!

    Let your first sentence set the pace, and this time just stay with the program--NO MATTER WHAT! It may be hard, but you're alive--you have to be doing something while you're here on this earth, so why not sometihing good for yourself so that you can enjoy your life more! emoticon

    i know anything anyone says will sound cliche but so you messed up, you have the tools to fix it, do what you did before but this time kick it up a knotch. It could be fun.
