I'm back at it! After years and years of struggling, I've told myself to stop going so hard with trying to work out and eating very little. It doesn't work. Period.
Now I've decided to take my time in losing the weight slowly and hoping to reach a 70lb. weight loss by next December.
Goals for now:
Eat in a range of 1500 calories
Burn in a range of 2000 calories
Work out 3-4x per week
Can eat bad things every once in awhile, but portion control is a must
