Adding more steps

So I was trying to figure out how to add more steps to my day... I average about 14,000 a day and was trying to get to the 15,000 mark. I have an at-home daycare and am very active with the kids, so at the end of the day, I don't really want to go out for a walk...

I started drinking my 8 cups of water a day..and I now use the washroom upstairs at the back of the house instead of the one here on the main floor...small change, but it is adding up...

Two small healthy changes, hopefully, 1 big reward!
