Doing the Slim in 6 workout(beachbody) and 6 weeks body makeove diet r(micheal thurmond); hoping that I can get back into the 220s by the New Year so that I can start the new year with my average weight lost since Jan. 2010. I actually started the diet program yesterday and getting the DVDs today from my BFF/trainer. We will see what results I get in the end. I keep starting over. I have to have consistacy t, will powerand self control.
