Ready for the Week

Monday sure got here quick. I went out of town to the beach for a Thanksgiving vacation. The weather was great. I feel well rested and relaxed and ready to get my exercise back on track. I did alot of walking, but only ran once the whole time I was away. I think I needed the rest after a very busy schedule the last few months. But I think it's time to make out a plan and make a goal. My weight has crept up, so I would like to focus on bringing it back down before it becomes a scary number. So here is the plan for the week.

Monday - 30 mins. of a cardio video
Tuesday- Total body weights
Wednesday - Run 3-4 miles or spin -depending on the weather
Thursday - Total body weights
Friday - Run 3-4 or spin- depending on the weather
Saturday - Lots of walking in New York City

Don't have an exact menu plan other than to focus on whole foods and no sweets until Saturday.
