GONE is the I’m-not-a-fitness-model-I-don’
t-need-ripped-abs complacency

ON is the let’s-end-this-year-strong-wit
h-pride-and-no-guilt mode
ON is the I’m-training-for-my-4th- half-marathon-gotta-beat-last-
year’s time plan
ON is the if-I-don’t-challenge-myself-I won’t-change rule
ON is the I-do-this-to-be-the-strongest-
healthiest-happiest-best-me-I can-possibly-be attitude

It’s so freaking ON.

    I love your post and second the perspective! I'm on board with the same approach for this year end.

    Good luck and congrats on the half-marathon. I'd love to do one but haven't gotten myself into a running schedule yet.
