I really want to thank everyone for their support and responses to my last blog.
I have been under the weather for the last week and there is only so much TV, Computer etc that one can do while laying around!
This morning I got an email stating that I had a reply to my blog and it was Kaligirl(I love you lady)
Kaligirl replied "here's to knowing our triggers and I smiled. Then the next thing I heard was sooooo what do you do now? "cough"
Yesterday I read a reply from Vamanos and had a partial response. (STILL FIGHTING) BUT BIG HUGE Thanks to Vamanos who shared again how she cooked up a bunch of meals and froze them. (remember my statement about listening again well it goes for reading too LOL! Mirrorbalmoon has share this as well. In my mind I was too tired on the weekend to do this. WELL DIMI do you want to make steps to solve the issue or do you want to stay there. SOOOO I am working on making some meals for when I return to work next week and this will get me ahead of the game. I also plan to shop for quick weekend food that will satisfy me! WHEN I choose to dine out(which I will minimize because I also plan to shop more for myself)) I will be mindful(which to you want more: to eat or shop or have a social moment), make a decision re: what I want and LIVE with it! No "eaters remorse" If necessary I will self correct for the next meal or even during the meal! Thank you CATHYJR73 for that timely reminder!
So I am making a list of food that I would enjoy eating and that are easy to freeze! Then I will go shopping! (not today)
