5% Winter Challenge

I'm in the process of joining the 56 day 5% winter challenge (starting Dec 3rd), and these are my goals.
Follow the ETL plan. Eat between 1500 and 2000 calories a day (I may have to modify this based on expenditure). Get daily protein to at least 70 grams.
Track on splurge days to check the damage (this should motivate me to splurge less).
Get a minimum of 10 minutes in everyday for all 56 days.
I am following a 3/week WT plan from Jamie on Bodybuilding.com
Burn at least 3500 calories. Mostly this will be at the gym given the weather. I also want to start on my 2012 cardio goals, but haven't gotten those fully worked out yet.
Sunday: 10 minutes/rest
Monday: WT and cardio
Wednesday: WT and cardio
Friday: WT and cardio
As a team member, I want to get to know my follow underdogs better and be more actively supportive. I will post my weighins and times on time to be counted.
