Two months ago I dreaded the thought of exercising. But I realized it was something I needed to incorporate into my life, not just to lose weight but to be healthy and fit as I age. So I committed to exercising 6 days a week; alternating aerobics and strength training. To my surprise, the more I exercised, the more I wanted to. Yes, I feel better physically, but the surprising part was how much better I feel mentally and emotionally. Thanks SP for encouraging me to make this "lifestyle change".
