Two months ago I dreaded the thought of exercising. But I realized it was something I needed to incorporate into my life, not just to lose weight but to be healthy and fit as I age. So I committed to exercising 6 days a week; alternating aerobics and strength training. To my surprise, the more I exercised, the more I wanted to. Yes, I feel better physically, but the surprising part was how much better I feel mentally and emotionally. Thanks SP for encouraging me to make this "lifestyle change".

    I remember that when I first joined SP, I did have difficulties getting the exercise done. However, after a while, I was able to do more and more. I feel good about the exercise now! So SP is a success for both of us! emoticon
