To My Fellow Insomniacs...

It's been a few weeks since I started experimenting with Melotonin... And basically I came to a simple Conclusion....

Melotonin is GREAT when it comes to falling asleep and waking up refreshed.... But for only 2-3 hours at a time... For me at least. I now trust it enough to use on days I stay up late and need to get a few hours of sleep in before work. I have not experienced any hangover feelings like with Benadryl... But again... I only get 1-3 hours of sleep before i wake up.

Now I'm moving onto the next supplement: 5-HTP (both regular and extended formulas).. I am logging everything using my UP Fitness Tracker (I love the sleep tracking feature) and I also log in a separate app called DailyTracker that lets me take into consideration my eating habits and activities.
Also... Using Sparkpeople ... Obviously emoticon

    Lemme know how it works out for you! I'm having problems with falling asleep. And when I do it feels like its never enough sleep. I tried melatonin too. It didnt work at all and I started waking up in the middle of the night sick. horrible stomach cramps. But I would love a solution. It would help with my journey.
