    Nice to see you.
Glad to hear that your Thanksgiving wasn't a disaster.
    how was that Black Friday?
You can do it. I am looking forward to seeing you at 289.
I am hanging around at my weight too and hoping to give myself a shot in the arm to break through my plateau. I have been 332 days without sugar. I am planning on giving up white flour too Dec 29. Yikes That is scarry.

I started knitting last year. Well, I kind of started and stopped.

Oh, my husband has been making me sugar free pupkin pie for the last few years. The relatives don't even notice that it is without sugar. He uses Splenda instead. I guess next year I will just not care about pie at all. At least that is what my goal is.

    Good luck.

Heeeey Ms. Lady :) Thank you for your comment on my paaaage :)

I love this time between Thanksgiving and Christmas as a goal period. It seems so doable when it's just this teeny chunk of time, you know? And that it's a time of the year that usually puts 10 pounds on everyone... I feel like such a rebel ;)

As for knitting - check out youtube videos! They were super helpful for me!!

Nice idea for yourself!! I love it!
    YOU CAN do it!

I enjoy knitting. It takes a loooong time when you first get going. I usually start in the summer or September with Christmas presents.

Oh my gosh New Years, ugh... more goals...LOL
