Well Thanksgiving came and went. I am happy to say that I stayed within my calorie range and ate a little bit of everything. I exercised before sun came up yesterday and after we ate - I took the fur babies for a 2 mile walk. Today, I got up and put in 1.5hrs of exercise and finished it off with a 2 mile run on the treadmill.
I have a new obsession - Bob Harper's Ultimate Cardio Body. I like his style and I like to see the folks in the video actually sweating. I'm at a point now where I'm tired of looking at folks in full in makeup along with staged cutaways where they obviously are editing the tapes probably because they are struggling to keep up. I've also grown tired all the intricate dance moves and boring chatter. Just give me some weights and something to look at and I'll just gut it out. Bob has a couple of kettle bell videos that I'm going to order as an early xmas gift for self.
Oh right the point of the blog was to say that I maintained my weight. I dropped 2/10th of a pound but I don't count those unless I keep it off for at least a week - otherwise it's just water weight.
Be safe and don't spend too much at the Black Friday sales.
