Wednesday (Day 20)

I got back to 168 pounds and I feel so great! It seems eating protein really takes away your appetite and I love it! Right now I'm getting craving, but I think it's mostly due to Thanksgiving. I'm just wondering how I'll make it through the day without alcohol or desert.

I am going to do my best though. I think I'll promise myself a treat when I get to 165, just to motivate myself to keep going.

I have splurged and bought a WII exercise game - Zumba. I really didn't like the zumba. It may be because I thought someone was going to come in and watch me. So I'm exchanging it today for ExerBeat. I think I'll like that better. Zumba to me is something to do in a group, so I'm going to find a class in the area.

Well that's it for me. Anyone who reads this, have a great Thanksgiving. Don't worry if you slip tomorrow, we'll start again on Friday!
