Pre Turkey Day

Looking forward to Thanksgiving with family, friends, and admittedly so, the food. I have to say though, in addition to not wanting to get off course, I'm not revved up about food this year. I've made some much needed progress in weight loss and don't want to do what I did last year, which was go backwards.
Going off with food isn't the answer for weight loss progress, nor is it worth it. So, with that said, I'm going to realistically enjoy myself with food and drink, but not go overboard.
Fitness challenge-wise, things are still going as planned. I was plum tuckered out this past weekend, but still got my 5 days of exercise in. Today is cardio and I'm going to do my iFit treadmill workout. Tomorrow, I plan to walk after dinner.
