Back down the one pound.


Goals from 2 weeks ago --

More core work, more cardio (it won't take much to get more cardio...) -- I did so-so on this. I've been getting in some but not enough.

Keep taking healthy snacks to work and eat them, not the others. -- Slipped up really bad on this one. I've been close on the calories, but the nutrition was bad.

Keep taking decent lunches to work. -- As above. I just haven't done the work on the lunches.

Continue de-cluttering (It's going to take a while...) --- I actually have made some progress on this.

Next week ---

I am taking a few days vacation from work and am going to work on some house projects. It will be good for me to get away from the food temptations at work.

    I've been de-cluttering too. It is a lot of work but the progress I'm making feels so good.

    Glad you made it back down an lb. cardio will only make it more :) Great job on the lunches and snacks. I've been told that it's 90% nutrition and 10% exercise.

    Hey, have you looked at the videos here on spark? there is one called "crunchless core" and I love it! And easy to track right from the video... Just an idea...

    Good luck with the healthy food stuff--I'm in the trenches with ya on that, and now with holidays more folks bring yummy treats to share at work and it is soooo hard emoticon (read--impossible) emoticon to stay out of!!
