    Since I started eating 2 tablespoons of flax seeds and 2 tablespoons of chia seeds, my life has been much better, and my bathroom trips a lot shorter. Like Txbest said, everything works itself out just fine. LOL

    I eat a Fiber One Oats and Chocolate chewy bar every morning. It's 140 calories but it has 9 grams of fiber. I have been eating a fiber bar and drinking a glass of water every day for breakfast for the last 6 months. It works great.

    I found something that works FABULOUSLY!

    I take a fiber one yogurt (By Yoplait) it has 50 calories & 5 grams of fiber, and I mix it with flax seed. I usually have 3 tbls with it and ever since I started this I go EVERY single day, without fail. I never, in almost 50 years gone regular, now it's like clockwork.

    I'll never stop eating that stuff.

    I love flax seed just plain. I know you can buy the ground flax, so you might want to add that to food if you don't like the whole ones. I like just chewing on them. You have to be sure you chew them and not swallow them whole, as they need to be ground.

    I have been doing this for 3-4 months so I know it works.

    Ready for TMI... Whenever I eat healthy, I seem to need extra fiber too. I usually pop a few chewables. Why is it when I have a big hamburger, or tacos, or pizza, everything works itself out just fine? Is it the extra grease, because I know those things don't have extra fiber...if any at all!
