Fell Off the Wagon Big Time

Because of stress, I fell off the wagon and didn't keep up with my healthy living. I didn't eat right on a consistent basis, so my weight went up and down. It also didn't help that I stopped my strength training. I still walked, but again, not on a consistent basis.
But last week I got back on track. I started walking on a regular basis and to eat healthy again. I intend to start my weight training again tomorrow. I lost a pound this week just from watching what I ate. My aim is to lose the weight I gained these past months to get back to where I was.
Hubby has lost over 35 lbs from his surgery. So we're working on getting a few lbs back on him. So he's trying to gain & I'm trying to lose. Because of his weight loss he no longer has to take his blood pressure meds and his cholesterol meds have been reduced by half.
Things are hopefully balancing out with us.
