ok, so I just had a baby 11 weeks ago-A precious/rotten little girl! which would explain why I've been MIA lately, but since my 6 week postpartum check up, I've decided to go ahead and get back into shape quicker than I did with my first pregnancy...I waited over 2 years before I even started. So this time, I wanted to start early, but I'm finding it REALLY difficult to jump back in to eating healthier and working out. I'm having more of a hard time working out than with the eating. I feel like I'm just being lazy or lacking motivation to get up and moving. It may be a combination of the two, but whatever the case, I REALLY need to get it together! So frustrated with myself!
