1st Weigh in after surgery!!!!

Saturday, November 19, 2011

emoticonWell today I did it, I finally weigh in after almost a month of non activity and just recuperating from the shoulder surgery.
I am happy to report that I am down .08 emoticon I am really so happy and motivated to refocus and continue on my goal of weight loss.

I am hoping to start at least walking and getting back into the swing of things. The therapy is still going on and it is really hard. My shoulder feels like it will fall off once I finish the exercises and I just come home and ice it and take my pain pills, but I know it will hopefully get easier little by little.

Thanks again to all my spark friends that were there for me and were always offering words of encouragement and unending support.

My never ending THANKS goes out to all of you!!! emoticon emoticon

So glad for you. Even without exercising you´ve maintained your weight. And things will get better from now on. Don´t give up , you are on your way girl emoticon

Woo hoo! That is good news, especially since pain meds can lead to a lot of water retention. Great job! emoticon

Boy, I so admire your spirit! It will get you through, Girl. And how about that bonus .08 lb loss, after all that lying around and sitting around recuperating, eh? Well, once you can move a bit more, you'll add to it==that's why I asked if you wanted to join the Winter Challenge. May be a bit too soon though, eh? Anyway, keep doing what you can and that shoulder will get better--it doesn't have a choice!!! emoticon emoticon
