To really get back at it and jump right in now with the Holidays will make it difficult. Just after the first of the year every year St Mary's has a competition with teams of I think 4 or 5. I'm going to do it if your interested.

Make small changes. This is not an easy journey.

I've had this problem too. I'm thinking the problem is trying to change EVERYTHING. This time I have spent a month doing nothing but establishing my exercise (without altering my food, water, etc). Now I'm going to spend the next month just getting used to eating a healthy, low calorie breakfast every morning. I'm just going to add one healthy habit a month. Sooner or later, it's bound to start making a difference....
