So nothing was happening with my weight loss for weeks. It was really starting to frustrate me. So i changed up my workout routine a bit and that has made a difference. 2 more pounds off, and am hoping it keeps on going! I feel so good and strong!

    Wonderful. 2 lbs is great! The important thing is to at least keep doing the things that are working to keep the scales from going the OTHER direction! You'll be healthier and feel happier!
