I like it, I love it, I want some more of it!

So I think I found my magic key to exercise! I love the Firm more and more everyday that I can do it! Its the 20 minute ones, but it is enough to make me sweat with the 8 second bursts, and I am sore when I am done. 20 minutes at home is VERY fesable with my kids and schedule I can usually have it done before the little ones wake up. No looking for a sitter while I go to the gym, no super long workouts that I have to quite when the kids need me...just 20 minutes of ME time that I can do!!!

Well, I got an email this morning from the Firm saying they have another new DVD coming out with 3 20 minute workouts on it...I WANT it!! My birthday is coming up and really think that would be an awesome gift...told the hubby to spend the 14 on that and the 50 to cancel the gym and i need nothing else!!!

I am so happy that I found the thing that works for me! It is possible, it just takes time and trial and error!

I hope everyone is able to find the thing that works for them! When you do, it feels so good!

But sometimes the "oldies" are the "goodies"! I'm glad you've found something that works for your body and your schedule! Thats the same reasons why I love my BodyRock workouts! =]

Keep up the awesome work! And happy early birthday! =]

yay for finding something that motivates you - that is the most important thing to consistent exercise

I've been wondering what The Firm is all about - I remember it from about 10 years or so ago, and I know it has had a revival - from your description it kind of sounds like a HIIT workout

hope you have a Happy Birthday!
