AMAZING spin class!!

Hey all. So I just had an A-MA-ZING spin class! Burned about 540 calories and though VERY tired was having fun the whole time. We had this spunky little instructor who was so good that I had to go out of my way after class to tell her how great she was! She had us do a TON of hill and jumps, quite a few sprints, barely any recovery, and I left soaked with sweat!

Then I decided to jump on the elliptical and treadmill and between the two burned another 383 calories. I needed to burn those off because I haven't been watching what I put in my mouth very closely the past two days and tomorrow they are having pizza at work. I really need to try to resist but we need to go grocery shopping so I'm having a hard time finding a good lunch to take, eek! I popped some popcorn to take as a snack, and just drizzled it with a tiny bit of olive oil so i'm looking forward to that. we also have string cheese and an orange so my snacks are pretty well covered i just need a main dish!!!

Tomorrow my mother in law is flying in from PA for 5 days, and with our crazy schedule I know I won't be able to get back to the gym until Saturday morning so I just need to concentrate on eating healthy. I had a 3.5 lb weight loss last week and am just hoping for 1 lbs this week because we are having my older daughters 3rd bday party on saturday and she wanted pizza so i will eat it that day, and we are having cupcakes. i will partake, but just keep it at one! I know that I won't get a "big" number this week, but I'll take what I can get and work hard hard hard!
