Working Through This Funk/Goal Setting

I have been in a serious funk since my last blog. I think I had suppressed my feelings and blogging let them out. Well, when they got out, they temporarily took over. I did not eat well nor exercise this weekend. My eating has been better the last couple of days, but I am still a little off. Well, I decided to put on my big girl panties today and deal with them. How you may ask? I am going to water aerobics tonight and kick some serious tushie. Then I'll come home and eat a sensible meal before watching The Biggest Loser and getting some shut-eye.
I just found out that my senior class is planning a trip to Myrtle Beach, SC in July of next year. I sooo want to be semi-swimsuit ready, and I use semi loosely. With that in mind, I am setting a pretty aggressive goal for my self. My plans are to lose 75lbs by July. I am off to a pretty good start at 15lbs down, so I need to lose 60 more. That's a little less than 10lbs a month. I think I can surpass that if I stick to my guns. I will be tracking, tracking, tracking and exercising everywhere in between. Wish me luck peeps!!!
