New Goal Outfit Picture (not of me), and little Ramblings!!!

Tuesday, November 15, 2011

Yesterday i took my little sister shopping, and one of her favorite stores is American Eagle Outfitters. Any other time i would've walked in and went straight for the cute Shoes, Hats and Jewelry because in my head, it has always been a "Skinny Girl Store".

Anyway, they had these awesome Flannel Tops

So i figured i would pick out a "Goal" outfit for when i reached 70 lbs lost. I picked a pair of very slim looking Skinny Jeans in their biggest size (14)

To my surprise, i went to see how the outfit looked now, before my goal, just so i had an idea, and ALAS they already fit perfectly =)

Can you believe I've been wearing size 20 pants for the last 6 months. I mean, i knew they were lose on me, but i never thought i was down to a size 14.

In the end i didn't buy the top because i want a "Goal Outfit" not a right now outfit, but i did buy the pants because i realized how lose those other jeans really were =) Hopefully tonight i'll upload a picture of me with my new pants on.

So, the moral of my story is:
1-Don't ever think any store is just a Skinny Girl Store
2-Measure yourself Every month
3-Reward yourself when you reach mini goals
4-Remember to alwasy keep moving

I KNOW!!! 14 it's crazy, i thought i was an 18 and that's why my pants were lose. I thought of the same thing before buying them, but i realized my pants were so saggy, it was time, and also both my mom and sister wear a size 4/6 -_- Lol. It sounds like you're doing a great Job too....Keep Moving =)

Love that top and the jeans! It is crazy that you're a 14 and have been wearing a size 20 all this time :-) I think I'm at about an 18 and have been wearing 22 pants for a while lol. I don't want to buy jeans that won't fit in a few months so I think I'm going to wait until I can fit into a 16 and borrow my mom and sister's pants lol. I love the moral of your story :-) Keep working hard girl cuz it's paying off.
