week 2

Last week was a very great week for me. I ran a mile straight, without slowing down or stopping to get a breath. It has given me the strength to do it 2 more times now. I now expect nothing less from myself. I am taking it in small strides, but I eventually want to beable to run 5K without slowing down.
I will get there!
