No real "miles" but FIRMing it up!!

I just bought a Firm DVD last week...LOVE IT!! I don't have all the time in the world some days, and to be told I can get a good workout in 20 minutes...I had to try it! And guess what...I sweat just as much doing this 20 minutes as I would doing 40 of Jillian! Plus the DVD I bought came with a free 10 minute download for the days when 20 is too much...or in my case so far...when I want just a little more later in the day. After doing the DVD twice and the bonus twice, I have decided I want The Firm Express system for Christmas...and maybe to cancel the gym...Its so nice to be able to do something "sweaty" so to see if the claims are true that I can lose that weight with just 3 20 minute sessions a week...although mine are more like 3 20 minutes and 3+ 10 minute ones...hey, who's complaining about another 10 minutes? NOT ME!!!
