fell off the wagon again, figuratively.

It's been such a stressful few weeks with work and the baking business the house and my birthday that I just let myself go. I didnt gain weight but I did nothing to lose any either. I wasnt eating right, I didnt go to the gym. I didnt log into sparkpeople at all :( I just... failed myself.

So with a renewed sense of hope and an injured workout buddy almost back into workout condition I begin again :)

    Yes! Perhaps, a lifestyle change is more like a cycle, there are ups and sometimes there are downs. I have been down on my change this week also, but what makes it worse is that last week I had TOM and DIDN'T DO ANYTHING THEN EITHER! I managed to lose 5 pounds, but who knows how much of that was water!?

    I think you'll do better than you think, but I think I might gain weight this week! I seriously have to get back up!
