Jingle off the Jiggle Challenge Blog 2

This past week went fairly well. I didn't get as much sleep as I want, so I think that's the reason I overate this week. I'm going to do better and get more fruits & veggies. I'm enjoying walking again, without the pressure of 5K training. I'm still a little down about that, but I hope to figure out my blister problem by Spring, then I can try for another 5K challenge. I've also felt extra motivated by my two pound loss; I signed up for the 10 minute daily exercise streak challenge. My goal is to get a sixty day streak! I know I can do it! I'm also proud of my progress on my goal of 600 fitness minutes. I'm over half-way there now emoticon Even if I don't reach 260 pounds by December 15th, I'll feel great meeting my fitness minutes goal. I plan to add twenty-five more minutes for my goal in December, too! I am trying focus on my positives for the past week. Here's my list:
1. I'm over half way to my monthly fitness minutes goal
2. I lost two pounds this past week
3. I'm keeping up with my water goal most days
4. I'm getting my fruits & veggies
I'm happy with the way things are going, and I feel good! Next week will be better!

    Super Great and congratulations on the weight loss, and more importantly on the positive attitude. That is half the battle won. I couldn't be happier for you, and a little jealous, I just don't have those type of weight loss weeks anymore! LOL Here's to another good week for the Jingle off the Jiggle Challenge!
