Hey! I honestly don't even know if I'll have enough "followers" to read this! haha! I HAVE been missing in action here on spark and to be honest, I've been missing from the healthy lifestyle too. I'm frustrated, perhaps enough to get back in!
WHY have I been missing? Well, of course being sick the whole dang month of October was NOT helpful. And of course that dang job! It's a blessing actually and they even recently extended my contract! It's a temporary position that was only supposed to last thru October, but I've been extended thru April... because I. AM. AWESOME. haha... So, my problem is... I sit in front of a computer all day (and no, I don't have access to spark at work) and when I come home I REALLY don't want to spend much time on the computer. I wish I could tell you I've been super duper active, but alas I haven't. I've REALLY packed the pounds back on and it's embarrising honestly.
Ok, well this is just a short blog to say hello and explain my lack of participation. Feel free to offer encouraging advice. If you don't have access to spark during the day, how do you get up the energy and desire to get on the computer again at home?
