Keeping At It

This past week has been decent in terms of staying focused. I could have done better and will this week. In one week I managed to gain back three of the 4 lbs that I lost in the last two weeks! Partly salt and partly not being disciplined one day...ok, maybe two. It's funny, in a non laughable way how you work so hard to take it off and can put it back on so easily.
Stayed on track pretty good with working out this past week. Got my 30 min abs and strength training done early this morn. Will do an iFit or walk later today.
I have a cruise coming up soon, so I better eat, workout and act like it
Tomorrow is weigh-in day so I'll see...
