Sidetracked By Life : 5 Goals For 2011

I've realised that if I don't come on Spark, then I don't stick to what I want. I've let myself be sidetracked by my life and in doing so I've undone all my good work. I need to stop letting this happen and focus on what I want. I'm really unhappy with my body and the way I look, I need to change that and I know I can do it because I have done it before. I'm going to set goals for the rest of the year to help myself stay on track.
1) Stick to my calories goal at least 5 times a week.
2) Go the gym at least 3 times a week.
3) Stick to drinking water only at least 5 days a week.
4) Not to go too overboard over the festive season.
5) To become happy in myself.
