Glad to hear that things are going okay with you - being more active, having a busy schedule and enjoying family. As we achieve more health and personal happiness our lives are more full and there is a need to establish personal balance. And as you said, there are only so many hours in a day.
You look great and sound full of energy and happiness. Your amazing journey is an inspiration to me. And as Roxie commented - Thanks for giving us a vision of what is possible.

    Glad you popped in again!

SP is like a therapist... needed almost daily at the beginning. As we get stronger, we need it less and less... then comes the day that we realize we're making progress on our own, and haven't needed the therapist much at all... Then we have a choice. Neither choice is wrong...

One choice is to keep going, using the new found strength to reach greater heights encouraging us by giving us vision.

The other choice is that those who have reached independence, turn around, and walk beside those of us who still are on the journey, encouraging us in the day to day ditches.

Both choices are helpful. Thank you for giving us vision of what is possible.
