A new day

So, after my discouraging weigh-in yesterday I am glad today is a new day. I am NOT going to give up and CAN do this!

Here are 5 reasons I am not going to let the stupid scale bring me down:

1) My clothes are fitting better
2) My tummy is flatter
3) I feel good about myself and what I am doing
4) I am showing my kids how live a healthy life
5) My husband is exercising with me everyday

Looking at the bigger picture I see how much better off I am today that three weeks ago. Life is good. I choose to focus on what is REALLY important to me.
