Weekly Weight Goals

I'm not doing a great job of staying on task. I think that I need to set a weekly goal and report and type the difference. I am going to see my massage therapist again on January 16; I want to wow her with the difference in my weight and shape by then. 150 or less! (She commented today that she usually can really notice a difference in people who are losing weight between visits.) Shorter term goals should really help...
