That is how much weight I lost this week. I am so discouraged.

I don't know what went wrong! I exercised just as much and followed my calorie allowance. Blarg.

I don't have a scale at home so I weigh myself at the gym. I won't lie, I felt like crying in the locker room. Then I felt silly for getting so upset. Then I went to my car and cried a little. Perhaps I wouldn't be so upset if I was knowingly cheating or something.

I am healthier. That is what should matter.

Honestly, it doesn't. I want the scale to show a loss.

Blarg.

    Thanks for the encouraging words! I've spent some time focusing on how good I am feeling and that my clothes are fitting better...that helped alot. Slow & steady wins the race. :)

    Whatever you do don't give up. You really are doing so great! I wish I could say I followed a calorie allowance for a week. It WILL pay off.
    Do you measure yourself? I've heard often that even if you don't lose weight you can still lose inches.
    Last week was great - 2lbs! Next week you'll probably see more weight come off. Keep going strong!
