2 good weeks

I have been walking consistenly for two weeks. Today, I realized that I could have walked a little farther when I got to my usual spot. So next week, I will step up steps and time. I have walked 5000 steps for most days this week. I only walked 4000 steps yesterday because my knees hurt because of the walking I did on Wednesday. On Wednesday, I did my regular walking and then I help serve dinner at the church. I put 3000 steps on my pedometer between 5pm and 7pm at the church!! I am beginning to enjoy walking again. I haven't lost any weight yet but husband that I looked smaller. Praise the Lord!
