I am back from Seattle and Victoria :)
My husband and I had a lovely time and did a lot of fun stuff. Before I start writing about that I want to tell you how I am doing in my health journey :)
First, I went to the Oncologist (cancer doctor) the day before my departure to USA and Canada and he said that I am fine. The blood test came out really well and he is really satisfied that I am not feeling any side effects from the pills I have to take for five years.
He was really surprised hearing me talking about it and told me that it is more common that young women feel side effectes then not and when he heard what I am doing for my health he became sure that exercising and taking care of my diet is having some these positive results.
I have been going to a personal trainer for two months and I am getting some results baby!
I have lost 3 kg WHOWHO, and I am shrinking!!!
5.5 cm on my tights (5.5 cm on each!)
5 cm on my stomach and one cm here and one there
TOTAL of 26.5cm!!!
I am really satisfied! I go to the gym 3 times a week and I go to sprint practices 2x a week (outside, cold and rain and more cold and rain :))
I am taking a writing course at the University and liking it a lot! I have also started working 90% so I am rather tired during the evenings and I don't give myself time to SPARK :( But hopefully my energy will be 100% and I can make some time to write here also :)
Now about my trip (are you ready for some pictures ?)
We did a lot of stuff, went to our first hockey game, to the rain forrest, saw salmon walks, went to the X-Men castle (that is a school) and there were a TV station taking some film, We went to the space needle, to the fish market, looked at the sun sit down on a top of a "mountain", went trick and treating, got my first big lobster, the best sushi ever and much much more.
