tracking nutrition day #3(?)

I was overtired yesterday; I'm not getting quality sleep. By mid day, I just up and quit tracking for the day - probably because I was overtired. I do know that I overate as well as ate the wrong things. I think my bod was craving more protein than I was giving it.

Today I'm doing a little better:)

    Glad to hear that you are doing better today. Make a date with yourself each day and get your nutrition tracking in. It does make a big difference and it will also help you to make yourself a priority, which you deserve!
