Meditating Day 5

Rough session this morning. Tired and draggy so I only set timer for 8 minutes. I did get through it but so many thoughts flitting around, not sure I feel any better for the 8 minutes. Oh well.

Thoughts today included:
DH might get locked out of work in Jan.
really oughta do some yoga
maybe I'll get a heart monitor just for fun
need to make cheaper meals
Blah, blah, blah

The success for me is I at least sat for 8 minutes and called it meditation. emoticon
