2 weeks

I have faithfully stuck to my diet and exercise plan for 2 weeks. It has been different, but not especially difficult or miserable.

I actually feel quite good about myself. I feel healthy. I feel in control. I feel excited about meeting my goals and rocking it out during our upcoming vacation.

I am thankful, oh so thankful, that I am not alone. I don't know if I could have stuck to my daily allowance of calories or laced up my gym shoes every day if I hadn't had to record every bit of it on my trackers. It has made me think twice more than once.

And the unexpected supportive comments from complete strangers! Holy crapola! How great!

And don't forget the sparkpoints. I don't know why, but I love racking them up everyday. Feels like I am winning. emoticon
