I have gained quite a bit of weight. Although, my clothes are just a bit tighter. I do a lot of strength training now so I'm sure a lot is muscle. I'm getting refocused on continuing the strength training. I should notice my clothes get lose eventually. Really need to stay focused during the holidays...that's always a challenging time of year.
